I've been to Germany, again

Our pastor friend, Philipp, identified a large demographic of young people in Frankfurt who love video games and cosplay. They are self-described "nerds." Most of them know little about God and the gospel. We flew to Frankfurt to help him launch Nerch . . . a church for nerds.

When I was two, my parents and I moved to Leesburg, Florida. I don’t remember much about that time except for the monster turtle which crawled down our driveway.

I realize most of you will readily accept we’re all creative, but not all of you will agree about why we are this way. Despite any disagreement about the source of our creativity, I expect we’ll have similar experiences discovering and expressing it.

I’ve written more broadly appealing blog posts but, with this entry, I wanted to write about the editing/revising process as I’ve done it. It’s been slow work and frustrating, but whenever I read over the story now, I like it even more.
